Garden room and kitchen extension

Before we started this project this client requested that we carryout all of the legal paperwork and certification that was required, planning permission, building regs, drawings, structural calculations etc etc all of this was completed and in place before our start date,
This project was a full width rear extension 3.5 metre projection and 7.5 meters wide with low pitch sloping roof large velux windows, we had to remove existing garden walls and path to make way for the extension, re located two manholes and drainage runs then carried out some remodelling to the garden.
Footings were dug and poured the week before Xmas and we were up to windowsill height in brick and block when we broke for Xmas.
Cut a low pitched roof, supplied pvcu window for the utility room and kitchen and aluminium grey 3 pane bi folding doors for kitchen, we then got it weather tight before removing the rear walls fitting in four steels, this was a goal post system all fitted in place then concreted and resin bolted and a separate steel for the separating wall between kitchen and utility, we carried out all the wiring to a new separate consumer unit, various different pendant and down lights with under counter lighting, plumbing, plaster boarding, plastering etc we fitted the kitchen which on this occasion was supplied by the client and they also opted to carry out the redecoration themselves.
The original kitchen was removed and what was not reusable was disposed of, what could be reused was re fitted in the new utility room along with new worktops.
